Thank you for visiting and shopping at Matsuda Apparel. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2 business days from our warehouse in Jakarta. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:

• Jabodetabek Area:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 business days.

  • Same-Day Delivery (GoSend/GrabExpress): Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM WIB. Delivered on the same day.

• Outside Jabodetabek (Java Island):

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days.

• Outside Java Island:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

We partner with reliable couriers such as JNE, J&T Express, and SiCepat. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages Matsuda Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. While we ensure all packages are sent in secure condition, the responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier once the package is dispatched.

However, if you received your order damaged or believe it is lost, please contact us at widjaja.edmond@gmail.com  and we will assist you in filing a claim with the respective shipping carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping We currently do not ship outside of Indonesia.
