1. Returns You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

2. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Our customer service team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to our address in Jakarta.

3. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit card). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.
